Frequently asked questions
Will my washing blow away in the wind?
That’s what Slide n’ Dry is designed to stop. Clothes are gripped by the slides instead of pegged, so they stay on the line when the breeze picks up.
No trees at my campsite. What do I hook it to?
Anything with two points to hook onto: your awning arm, a pole, or the back of a camp chair. Only one anchor point? Loop the line around it and hook it back onto itself.
Can I use it inside on a rainy day?
Yes. Hang it inside the van, across a cabin ensuite, in a hotel room or in your cruise cabin. If there are two hooking points, you’re set.
Does it make a good gift?
It’s a favourite for caravanners, campers and anyone heading on a cruise or overseas. Under $15, easy to post, and with plenty of colours to choose from.
How do I pack it away?
Unhook the bungee cords, unclip the slides and pop everything back in the reusable zip-lock bag. It packs flat enough for a glovebox or suitcase.
Can I buy Slide n’ Dry in a store?
Yes. Slide n’ Dry is stocked in BCF stores and independent shops around Australia. Use our Find a Stockist page, or choose free local pickup from our store in Numurkah.
How fast will my order arrive?
We post orders every business day from Numurkah, Victoria, with Australia Post, and ship Australia wide. Need it in a hurry? Choose Express Post at checkout. Live locally? Choose free pickup from our Numurkah store.
Where is it made, and what is it made from?
Slide n’ Dry is made in Melbourne from recyclable, UV protected plastic, then packed by our team in Numurkah. It comes in a reusable zip-lock bag, which is handy for storing it between trips.
