Shipping Policy

All Slide n' Dry orders are sent from our team in Numurkah, Victoria, using Australia Post.

Dispatch times

Orders are packed and posted within 3 business days of payment, unless we let you know otherwise.

Tracking your order

When your order is posted, you'll receive an email to say it's on its way, with your tracking details.

Delivery times

Delivery times depend on where you live and Australia Post's delivery times. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of being posted, email us at hello@slidendry.com.au and we'll follow it up with Australia Post for you.

Express Post

Need it in a hurry? Choose Express Post at checkout.

Local pickup

Live nearby? Choose Local Pickup at checkout and collect your order free from our store at 66 Melville Street, Numurkah, about 30 minutes north of Shepparton. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel goes missing or arrives damaged, let us know. We'll follow it up with Australia Post and, if it can't be found or is damaged, we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.

Incorrect address or uncollected parcels

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or it wasn't collected from the post office or parcel locker, we'll contact you and you'll need to pay the postage for us to send it again.

Stock availability

If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we'll email you as soon as possible. We'll offer you another colour, or give you a full refund for that item.
